Admission to Covenant CNA School is open to individuals 18 years or older. By enrolling at Covenant CNA School you’ve taken the first step toward achieving your career goal in the healthcare industry. Early application is encouraged because class enrollment fills up quickly. Below is some information to help answer questions you may have now. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Admission is also based on an Interview Assessment, and Background Check.  If you have been convicted of a Felony you are ineligible for the Nurse Aide Program. In addition certain Misdemeanors are ineligible for our Nurse Aide Program.

Students are responsible for ensuring the Covenant CNA School receives all documentation. All records become property of the Covenant CNA School.

ADMISSION PROCESS:

Complete Interview Assessment, Application and Background Check (Prospective Students may either bring in a Background Check from the Sheriff's Department, County Court House or Covenant CNA School can provide one for a fee.)

When registering bring your Social Security Card and Driver License or State Issued Id.

A $25 application fee payable by cash, check / money order made payable to Covenant CNA School.  This fee is nonrefundable and does not apply toward registration fees.

IIMMUNIZATION RECORDS

Immunizations are also required at time of registration or by the 1st day of class.

1. Measles Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
 
2. 1st Hepatitis B Vaccine
 
3. Flu Shot (Seasonal)
