Admission is based on Interview Assessment, and a Background Check. If you have ever been convicted of a Felony or certain Misdemeanors, you may be ineligible for Certified Nurse Aide or Patient Care Technician program. Inquire with our Admission Advisor for more information.
When registering for Certified Nursing Assistant program bring your Social Security Card and Driver License / State issued ID. Applicants are responsible for ensuring the Covenant CNA School receives all documentation.
Immunization records are required before the start of the Clinical Rotation. Clinical Rotation requires students to have a TB Skin Test, Measles Mumps and Rubella (MMR), and 1st Hepatitis B Vaccine. All paperwork must be turned in 1 week prior to the start of Clinical Rotation. For more information contact our Registration Office at 404-733-5491.
Applicants must provide complete and accurate information in order to be considered for admission. Deliberate falsification of information will disqualify an applicant. If falsification is discovered after admission, it will constitute cause for dismissal. Covenant Program Coordinator reserves the right to act as sole judge of the acceptability of an applicant to its program of study. All records become the property of the Covenant CNA School.
