We are excited that you chose Covenant CNA School to discover your passions in becoming a CNA and preparing for a bright future in the health care industry.


Students enrolling in the Nursing Assistant Training Program must be at least 17 years of age and possess a valid Social Security Card. High School Diploma or GED is not required for entrance into our CNA Program. If you are under 18, we will need the signature of your parent or guardian on the enrollment agreement.

Covenant CNA School does not accept pregnant women into our CNA classes  because of medical liability on the fetus.

Applications is on a rolling admissions basis; which means you can apply all year round. Applications can be obtained by calling 770-573-0370.  Early application is encouraged because of classes fill up quickly.


1. Government-issued photo Identification (driver license, stat ID, military ID or passport).

2. Social Security Card 


  • Social Security Card  or  valid for work only with DHS authorization Social Security Card and 1 of the following items below:
  • Government-issued driver’s license
  • Georgia-issued voter I.D. card
  • Georgia Temporary driver's license or State-issued identification card
  • Alien registration card
  • Certificate of Naturalization


Students initially pay a deposit of $350.00 which is part of the total tuition.  Prospective students must complete an application and speak with a Covenant CNA School admission representative. When all admission requirements are fulfilled, you become a part of the Covenant CNA School family.  Class size is limited and class space is filled on a first come, first served basis.  After a class is full, subsequent applicants may choose to be placed on a waiting list. 

All funds received are Non-Refundable.

Individuals who have not registered and paid their deposit are not permitted to attend a classes. Covenant CNA School does not allow individuals to audit classes. We accept money orders, cash, certified funds,no personal checks.

Covenant CNA School Registrar handles all matters related to the billing and collection of tuition and fees.  All students who register will receive a registration confirmation  billing statement that includes total tuition or deposited paid.

All applications will not be completed until Covenant CNA School Registrar's Office receives your Social Security Card, Driver License and State Id and Background Check.


 Background checks are performed  if you have been convicted of a Felony you are ineligible for the Nurse Assistants Classes. In addition certain Misdemeanors are ineligible for our Nurse Aide Program. Learn More
