INFORMATION SESSION

The best way to learn about Covenant CNA School’s Admissions, Application requirements and additional information on tuition and fees, is to meet with our  Admission Representatives at our no obligation information sessions contact us at  770-573-0370 Monday through Friday to set up a time for a visit.

During this meeting, our admission representative will discuss information about our Certified Nursing Assistant Classes,  admission requirements, tuition, fees and you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about Covenant CNA School’s students,  and instructors.

If interested in registering please have The following items on hand
diver license or state id and social security.  Payments can be made by credit cards, debit cards, certified funds and cash.


ADMISSION INFORMATION

Covenant CNA School is open to individuals 17 years or older. Applications is on a rolling admissions basis; which means you can apply all year round. Applications can be obtained by calling
770-573-0370.  Early application is encouraged because of classes fill up quickly.


We make the application process simple. Everything you need to apply to Covenant CNA School can be found right here. Office hours are
Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.


Covenant CNA School does not accept pregnant women into our CNA classes  because of medical liability on the fetus.


United States citizen or eligible non-citizen  with Social Security Card.


High School Diploma or GED is not required for entrance into our CNA Program.


If you are under 18, we will need the signature of your parent or guardian on the enrollment agreement.

What documents and identification do I need to enroll?

1. Government-issued photo Identification (driver license, stat ID, military ID or passport).

2. Social Security Card

What documents and identification do I need to enroll?


1. Social Security Card  or  valid for work only with DHS authorization Social Security Card and 1 of the following items below:


  • Government-issued driver’s license
  • Georgia-issued voter I.D. card
  • Georgia Temporary driver's license
  • State-issued identification card
  • Alien registration card
  • Certificate of Naturalization


Tuition


Students initially pay a deposit, which is part of the total tuition.  Prospective students must complete an application and speak with a Covenant CNA School admission representative. When all admission requirements are fulfilled, you become a part of the Covenant CNA School family.  Class size is limited and class space is filled on a first come, first served basis.  After a class is full, subsequent applicants may choose to be placed on a waiting list. 


Background checks are performed  if you have been convicted of a Felony you are ineligible for the Nurse Assistants Classes. In addition certain Misdemeanors are ineligible for our Nurse Aide Program. Learn More
